From this privileged viewpoint overlooking the coast of Pedornes, there are three very interesting groups of prehistoric petroglyphs (dating from around 4,000 to 2,000 years ago), as well as a fourth nearby group where several fixed-support boat-shaped mills from a similar period can be seen.
Close to where you are standing, on your left, at the edge of the rise, are the two main rock surfaces with carvings. The first shows abstract motifs with cup marks and groups of intersecting lines, as well as some examples of concentric circles, engraved on part of the sloping rock surface. On the next, more horizontal surface, there are several concentric circles and, above all, various depictions of horses, one of them clearly ridden. On the same surface, there are also other grid-like motifs which, judging by the type of groove, belong to a later period, most likely historical.
